Zhuji Power New Energy Co. Ltd., founded in July 2014. The company is committed to become the leading global supplier of the precursor of LiNixCoyMn1-xO2 cathode materials. The products are widely used in mobile phone, laptop, electric tools, electric bicycles and electric vehicles etc.. The company has built the production line of 3000 tons/year, and in October 2016, the production amount will reach 10000 tons/year, ranking the leading position in the same industry in China. We established close cooperation relationship with famous universities and scientific research institutions, such as Central South University and Institute of process engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and introduce sixteen high-level talents with postdoctoral, doctoral, master's degree from home and abroad, and more than 40 for professional engineering and technical person. On the other hand, the National Post Doctoral Research Station and Provincial (Ministry) Engineering Technology Research Center are under construction.
The company has the independent intellectual property rights for the preparation of precursor of LiNixCoyMn1-xO2 cathode materials, especially for NCM523, NCM622, small particle of NCM111 and NCA. The preparation technology of the precursor developed jointly with CSU is identified to be reached the leading level of the world by the China Non-ferrous metals Industry Association and the company won the first prize in provincial level reward. Compared with the products in the same industry, the products in the company has excellent properties and stable quality, especially in tap density and the magnetic material, leading to the outstanding competitive advantages.
